I’d particularly like to draw your attention to these items:-

Eat Well to Be Well
Our popular healthy living series will help you stick to those healthy New-Year resolutions and get in good shape! Join us for this informative and enjoyable cooking demonstration by our neighbor, leading nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner Sarah Green. Try recipes, ask questions, stay on for a free lunch and learn more about the effects of how we eat and move on our long-term health and well-being.
Saturday 26th January 7.30pm
Burns Supper & Ceilidh
Another chance to enjoy an evening of Scottish Country Dancing, food (haggis optional!) and entertainment. Please sign up on the lists in the café – and invite all your friends! The more the merrier! £10 (includes supper).
St Andrew’s Sunday Youth Group
Starting in February! A monthly group for young people during the morning service. Led by our youth worker, Jacob, along with Alison McCue, this is for young people year 6 upwards (and those preparing for confirmation). The young people will leave at the same time as Children’s Church, and will use the room right at the top of the stairs, returning in time for communion. Please speak to Jacob or Revd Lesley for more details.
