Chelsea FC comes to St Andrew’s!
f being well was like baking a cake, good nutrition and exercise would be the two essential ingredients. As part of St Andrew’s ‘Be Well’ series, Chelsea FC will be running a free 30-minute movement class every month in Church, starting on Tuesday 23rd January. Sessions will be tailored to individual needs, including chair based exercises and the use of resistance bands. Don’t know what they are? Come along and find out! Everyone is welcome.
No booking is required, just turn up at 10:30 am in loose fitting clothing.
